Comical! I bought this remote at a retail store. Although there were a couple on the shelf with opened packages (returned from other unsatisfied customers) the store clerk recommended this one so I bought it. Never worked. This thing is simply garbage. I shouldn't have bought it when I saw how many other customers had returned theirs. Don't buy it.Customer Review: Clik-it door opener

I have a Chamberlain LiftMaster so I naturally expected the programming to be easy. Based on the instructions, since I had a green programming button on the opener itself, I knew I needed to press the button four times. I programmed the remote standing under the opener and after I pressed the button on the remote the required number of times (4), I heard the opener click. I then pressed the programming button on the remote, then the big button on the remote and it opened. I walked over to the second opener and programmed it in less than 10 seconds. It took longer to open the package and read a few steps than actually program it. Outstanding! I will say that it was not obvious that the first press of the big button (the I or II button counts as one of the clicks. But again, listen to the opener and it will tell you when it is ready.Customer Review: Customer Service Non-Existent

Got it to work with the garage door but it won't work with the gate. Range from the garage door is about 15 feet, max.
The directions on the paper that comes with the remote refers people to their website and an 800 number. All the website does is present you with the manual (same piece of paper) in pdf format; when you want the manual, when you have a question, when you go to the support page and request support. Calling the 800 number, the automated voice reads you the same manual (piece of paper). Plan on about 10 minutes of instructions before it offers the option of speaking to a live person, then plan on being on hold indefinitely. I never did get a live person on the phone. The website offers support via e-mail. We're a week and still waiting....
If you buy this and have trouble with it, you can save yourself a lot of frustration by just returning it for a refund. If you want to support a company with this kind of customer service in the first place. Be forewarned, they do the same thing with their garage door opener "support". The lights are on but no one's there, you're on your own.
