Purchased this to work with an "Overhead Door Model 100" as the package stated it was compatible with "Overhead Door" models. For programming, the matrix in the instructions doesn't list "Overhead Door" at all. Had to search the small print to find that "Genie" and "Overhead Door" was the same.
Tried all combinations..... fair enough, maybe its false advertising, maybe my unit is too old. So I called them to confirm.... nothing there but a bunch of automated instructions on how to program the unit. Argh.... I can read, you know? No way to get a human.
Went to the URL listed in the instructions, you get dumped to the Chamberlain website. Have to hunt to find the product. No way to get support.

Got this remote on with Amazon Prime and it took less than 5 minutes to program. Currently using a Craftsman 1/2 HP garage door motor and it programmed with ease. Great product!
