I saw a similar 1 gal sprayer @ a local garden center but bought this one from amazon combining it with a video series to get free shipping on both items. The video is delightful, the sprayer is almost. The reviews encouraged me and they might encourage you to buy this sprayer, just proceed with the following information. It's noisy, yes noisy. When pumping air into the container, I am subjected to a loud squeaking(for want of a better word) noise. I prefer to do my spraying on the balcony early a.m. but don't because I don't want to annoy my neighbors, it is that loud.
If I had bought this sprayer at the local garden center, I would return it for another and if that too was noisy, I would return it for a refund. The trouble to return this to amazon and wait the turn around time of 2-3 weeks or so just isn't worth the effort...and what if that one squeaks too?
Yes it sprays and the idea is as convenient as I imagined, but I can't recommend this one highly...it's just ok. Of course shipping by amazon was, as usual, great.
