Many of the holes do not line up with the pre-drilled holes that you are supposed to screw into which makes it very hard to put together! The coat rack is not sturdy at all and I have to hold it before putting a coat on it. Do not buy this product! The plastic hoops didn't fit at all. The wood is cheap. The screw holes don't fit. I was missing hardware. It is junk. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money for something better.Customer Review: Works For Me

I use this rack in my bedroom; beats draping my clothes over the back of a chair until I'm in the mood to fight with hangers. It looks good and feels stable, even on the carpet. I would have preferred a rack with a rotating top, like the one I used to have, but that's a small shortcoming.
Other reviewers have noted that the holes in the bentwood arms don't align well with those in the post. That is true, and it does complicate the assembly process. However, the bentwood parts are flexible and, with a bit of pressure on them, sufficient alignment can be achieved to get the screws in straight.
I paid $24 for this rack. At that price I'd say it was a good buy, but I'd be reluctant to spend more.
