Our old faceplate got rusty. Stainless steel ones cost a fortune. Local stores want $7 for these. So I bought 4 online. That should be about a 10 year supply. So far it works well. My wife had a shower this morning and reported no problems with the face plate. It is very quiet, and shows no signs of rusting after the first 3 showers. Have yet to test it with a tub bath.
