After almost a year in the shower product looks great and has no rust. If you can live with the smaller size... a great well made product. (UPDATE Feb 2010)
I bought this rack to hang inside my shower. As the chrome (similar) racks had warning for rust. The rack seems to be plated (Ni?) and is made in china (sticker). I did not verify the product is made of stainless steel and the surface finish while not chrome does not seem typical for stainless. Design hooks seem size to go over most bathroom doors and has suction cups to held hold it to glass or tile.
Overal: Small (would like it bigger for enough room for two shower users), well made, not chrome, not sure if stainless steel and only time will tell.

I love this organizer because it's multi-functional. One side holds shampoos & things, and the other side outside the door holds towels. Its great, particularly when space is limited. And it's very hard to find. I went to many stores & looked online and finally found this one.Customer Review: Caddy is ok

The shower caddy products seem to tend to be poorly designed as the top rack to store shampoo bottles in is not tall enough to prevent bottles from tipping out of the caddy when this 'over the door' caddy is sitting on a door being opened and closed. Probably would have been better to go into a store and look for one there.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU DISLIKE HAVING YOUR INFORMATION RENTED OR SOLD TO OTHER CATALOGS. THAT IS WHAT THEY DID WHEN I ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST.

The rust started to stain my shower floor.
Save your money & only buy plastic shower caddy's.

We were tired of replacing our chromed steel caddy every year when it started to rust and leave stains, so we decided to pay the extra thirty dollars for a "stainless" steel unit. Well this one has started to rust around the welds after only a couple of months, and already looks about as bad as the others did. It is obviously made with an inferior grade of stainless, if it is stainless at all. Don't waste your money. This unit is overpriced garbage.
