Sounded good. Bought it, set it up, worked beautifully for 2 days and then it did not work anymore.I was sad. I mean this could be an awesome product just needs to be improved regarding the mechanism that allows the irrigation. Based on research I performed this mechanism is based on magnets that just get stuck and stop working producing continuous irrigation untill your plants are soaked and floated. (My personal experience). - Retuned it, got my money back...that's good.Customer Review: Great Product

I bought this to use while we will be away and the set up was really easy. I have 20 plants wih sizes ranging from big to small. Distributes water evenly, the only problem 2 of my plants that were really small were getting too much water, so I took them out of the loop.
I set this up about 6 weeks before leaving to see if it the water would last the 40 days as advertised. I have 2 more weeks to go before the 40 days are up but judging from the amount of water remaining it is right on target.
Plants also look well and the soil is moist. Sure beats having to bring the plants to family and friends to care for while away.
It does what is says!

I was going on a vacation and looking for a efficient watering kit for my plants. After searching for it, I decided to get this product. It was very effective and most importantly, kept my plants alive and healthy. When I returned from my vacation, my plants were hydrant and looking healthier than ever. Have used this continuously for over 2 years - somewhat successfully. I recommend this product and am now buying the replacement. I definitely recommend following the instructions to "prime" the drip system. My major complaint is that replacement parts for any item appear not to be available. The drippers clog when using hard water (anybody recommend how to clean them?); I would like to be able to get replacement drippers. The electronic control (which just failed) is also not replaceable - buy a new unit. Well, as a result of buying a new unit I will now have replacement parts for non-electronic items.Customer Review: Great while it worked

My husband and I bought this in June 2006. We used it off an on when we went on trips in 2007. We got it out of storage in August 2008 because we were going on vacation and naturally, it doesn't work anymore. The battery light comes on, but no water comes out. Removed the hoses and retested it - still nothing. The problem seems to be inside the water containment unit itself. Of course, the warrantee is up - it was only good for 2 years. I hate to throw it away, but at the same time I'm not paying money to ship it to Italy either. I checked the Claber website (English version) and there's definitely no help there. Too bad there is no US support for this product.
