Customer Review: Bed Bug Killer!!

I bought this steamer to try ad use as a tool to fight off bedbugs in my bedroom. It works like a charm. I notice several reviews about the steamer leaking.... The reason is because there is too much water in the tank. I realize first hand because when I first used it I filled the water tank to where it was almost to the top and when I pressed the steam button water came out everywhere. Only fill it up half way and you should have no leak problems. The steam gets very hot and since I've used the steamer in my bedroom(mattress) I have had no bedbug problems. The steam killed the eggs. If you have bedbug problems then getting a steamer is a great weapon to have. If you're on a budget get this one.Customer Review: Broken In Five Minutes

Right out of the box it produced great clouds of steam with excellent pressure ...five minutes later the trigger broke and now it's worthless and going back to the seller.
I guess you really do get what you pay for!

After I received the electric steamer cleaner I tried it out on the shower base to remove some scum and it didn't work that well. I refilled it to give it another try and the button wouldn't make the steam come out at all. I noticed that one side of the plastic notch,that connected the button to the steam trigger, was cracked beacause of cheap, plastic material used. Everything else about the steamer seamed very durible except the button trigger. I've only owned it for 2 hours and now I have to return it.Customer Review: Cleans some things

We just received this and gave it a try. Heats up fairly quickly and produces steam, but so far the cleaning results are disappointing. I expected to "melt" some stovetop mess and bathroom tile grout dirt, but did not have much success. I'm hoping practice will help. Or maybe it will perform better on other surfaces.Customer Review: Decent for the price

I've never owned a steam cleaner before and was looking for an inexpensive one to use to just do simple household chores (window sills, gunk in crevices) I don't have anything to compare this cleaner to but it seems to do a fairly decent job. Paying $50 or more for a similar product doesn't make sense. I like the attachments it came with (instruction manual could be a bit better on how and what to use each piece for) but all in all, it's a great product for the price.
