Poor quality manual (obviously foreign), safety cap doesn't screw down tightly, I suppose that's for letting excess steam escape which is fine, so don't say that (directions again). I used the machine to clean kitchen sink edges and around faucet base, worked relatively well.Runs out of water too soon, I don't have the patience for that. Now that the steam is gone and the machine has cooled, there seems no way short of a stick of dynamite to remove that screw top again. A few others have mentioned this problem, but not everyone. Is this just a lemon or what? I will return machine (another pain in the neck) because I can't use it this way. Overall, a big disappointment to me.Customer Review: Does a good job

I have enjoyed this hand-held electric steam cleaner. I use it for counters, bathrooms, toilets, showers. It does require regular refills but overall I have been pleased with its performance.Customer Review: Does a great job

I ordered this and it arrived very quickly. It looks well made and I tried it out and it produced steam quickly and worked pretty good. Not as well as I had hoped, but maybe I wanted too much from it. I guess maybe I'll have to break down and actually scrub all the soap scum out of my bathtub by hand.Customer Review: Doesn't Work

I had a shark hand held steamer prior to this one, and this came with my steam mop so I was anxious to see the difference. This thing is so useless, the steam isn't even hot. My shark handheld steamer I would use to clean the grout in my tile, or my stove and it would work fine. This item I can put the steam on my hand and it isn't even hot so no wonder nothing was getting clean, this to me was a complete waste of money.
