Customer Review: Does The Job Summary: 3 Stars
I purchased my organizer from Lowe's thanks to the unit is cheaply made (pressed wood and card board) but my main purpose was to clean up my closet and this does the job perfectly....
Customer Review: Great Organizer! Summary: 5 Stars
Love it! Keeps all the pairs together. I didn't have any trouble fitting two shoes in each square except for hiking boots and rain shoes. Even got two or three pairs of flip-flops in a square. Had hubby put it together and he only cussed a little bit so it must not've been too complicated to assemble.
Customer Review: Nice design, shoddy construction and packaging for the price Summary: 3 Stars
I ordered 2 of these to stack one on top of the other in our closet.
As mentioned by other reviewers, the packaging is pretty flimsy and one of the units arrived damaged (actually the box was starting to come apart, so that was a clue). Fortunately, the damaged parts don't show where I have it located in the closet, so I didn't have to send it back.
As long as it's not moved around much, I'm sure the product will give us good service. Considering the price of these things, though, the construction could be better.
They're just a basic cubby for shoes (or anything else you might need a cubby for) and as long as the fixed cubby size works for you, it's a great way to organize shoes. Women's shoes fit a pair per cubby, men's only one typically per cubby. And clunky shoes or high-topped men's shoes may not fit at all.
So, it would be nice to have some flexibility in sizing the cubbies for the individual application, but then I suppose they wouldn't be able to make them so 'inexpensively' (sly wink).
