Don't let the light weight of the rack fool you. This thing holds a ton. Rack went together in less than 15 minutes, and has been holding all our winter gear, including a GIANT leather winter coat, multiple parkas sweaters, and bags ever since.

I don't know what much I can say about this coat rack since there is not much to it.
QUALITY
All I can say is that you definitely get your moneys worth with this coat rack. I don't know the type of metal they use, but it's solid and sturdy. The satin finish is a really nice touch. You may get one that might have a screw thread already stripped. I had purchased two and each one did have at least one stripped thread. I'm guessing there is no one at the factory checking for these defects, but for less than $20 one stripped thread is forgivable. The stripped thread didn't take away from being able to hang a coat on it, I just wouldn't want to hang a really heavy coat like a thick leather trench-coat on that one spot. When you are putting it together, you don't want to tighten the screws really tight otherwise you could strip the threads. All you need is to tighten it to a nice snug fit and it will hold.
EASE OF SETUP
The only tools required is a phillips screw driver and a hex wrench (included). The hex wrench was only needed for the bottom. It didn't take more than 15 minutes to put it together. For some people, the instructions aren't hard to follow. All you really need are the pictures in the instructions to get a good idea what it needs to look like.
Another note, the rack has hard plastic caps used for the feet. I would recommend putting felt pads on the bottom of the feet if you have wood floors.

Very pleased with this rack. Very easy to assemble, and holds a lot of coats (has 12 different pegs). It wobbles slightly, but the it's the pole that's wobbling and not the base, so it's actually very sturdy and unlikely to tip. I have 5 or 6 heavy winter coats on it right now and haven't had any problems. Looks more expensive then it is, and would buy again.Customer Review: Great coat rack, shipping took forever

Coat rack is easy to put together and sturdy. Shipping took forever, about 2 weeks. I emailed the company and they got back to me eventually saying they would expedite shipping. However, for the extra 20 bucks in shipping I paid and in the time it took to get the item, I could have gone to a store and picked out a nicer one and had it sooner.
