I bought this extension cord for my electric lawn mower. I've used it for over a year now, and it works wonderfully. The lawn mower starts when I turn it on, and stays on until I am ready to turn it off. This is a big change from my previous lawn mower and cord. Because of the length, the cord does gets tangled from time to time if I don't handle or store it properly, but I can untangle it without too much difficulty.Customer Review: Extension Cord

Initially asked for #10 cord, you indicated that you did not have that. I then asked for a #12 cord and you indicated that you had that and it would be shipped. I then received a #14 cord which I did not need. I then contacted you about returning the cord that was incorect and have not received a refund or a comunication about the status of that transaction.
