It is difficult to rate a cord until you've had it for several years..to see how the outer layer withstands dragging it across the driveway a few hundred times. I parked my truck on the female (the 'lit' end) overnight. Catastrophy! I put it in a vise to 're-shape' it so I could get a plug into it...and went back to work. The next morning, to my surprise, the original shape had returned, although the light no longer works. I was dubious as to the value of the light from the git-go, so no harm, no fowl.
In selecting an extension cord, go larger than you need, as too small can raise cane with motors...they need all the voltage they can get, and a smaller cord (higher number) can destroy motors due to what is called an IR drop...a voltage drop.
Due to Amazon's generous shipping policies, their price was unbeatable, and the service is great!

The Coleman Cable is one of the best I've ever had. The 100 foot length is perfect for electrical lawn and garden equipment. The Yellow color makes it easy for anyone to see, and steer clear of. I found it helpful to put it on a reel, for easy winding and storage. Would definitely purchase the product anytime I am in need of another one.
