It seems very sturdy and safe. I use it with an electric lawn mower and am very grateful that I don't have to use gas mowers ever again. My mower is cheaply made and when I turn corners the extension chord comes loose, but that is not the fault of the extension chord, but the mower. This is the lowest priced / name brand 12gauge 100 ft cord available, beating out the home improvement stores at $60 plus tax (and more.)
