The only problem I had was finding out what the extra baggie of 2 clips & 2 washers was for and where they were supposed to be installed. I also didn't know that the "installation" instructions were the packing slip. Other than these two obstacles, my package arrived completely intact, I figured out how to raise the top bar (just push in the buttons that peep out of holes on the vertical bars, pull each end of the vertical bar upward - it helps if two people are doing this at the same time - and pull/slide until you hear the button click when it reaches the next hole and pops out of it, then repeat) and voila! it was assembled. Assembled, this is rather large and sturdy and the clips & washers (I found out from reading the assembly instructions) are installed on the bottom horizontal rails to secure the contraption when it is collapsed. Highly recommend!

This commercial grade, collapsible garment rack is strong enough to hold up to 250 lbs., but folds down to 5 inches high to fit under a bed or in the trunk of a car. It's the same classic, salesperson's garment rack that has been used with confindence by professional salespeople for decades. It's perfect for in home use as a coat rack or laundry rack. The rack can telescope up from 48" to 60" high and can telescope out from 48" to 72" (to give you a full 6 feet of hang space). It is made with 1" O.D. chrome tubing and comes with 4" ball bearing casters. This rack is covered by our "no overload" guarantee. The "no overload" guarantee is for a period of 5 years and states that we will replace or repair any rack the bends, sags, breaks or falls when used within the stated weight limitations und normal use conditions.Storage & Organization
