I'm tremendously pleased with the stability and quality of this garment rack. I've just finished putting heavy coats, curtains, and other assorted thick-fabric items on it. It's held up brilliantly without teetering, collapsing or even bowing much. Also, I experienced very nice customer service - I recently moved to a new address and gave it incorrectly to Amazon. When UPS was unable to ship it to my incorrect address, the customer service desk sent me an email as well as a phone call. Once I corrected my address they shipped it promptly and it arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to store items outside of a closet.Customer Review: Fabulous

Can't even express the awesomeness of this garment rack other than to say it's so good that it's made me enthusiastic about a garment rack.
It arrived almost fully assembled--literally all you have to do is unfold it out of the box and pop in the horizontal bar. They even put the wheels on for you. I had it up and ready to go in less than two minutes, and that included opening the box.
The entire thing is welded steel, so there's nothing plastic to bend or break on it. I have on mine a couple winter coats, my wedding dress and some suits and there's only the slightest dip in the horizontal bar from all that weight. I was also able to easily roll it with all those items on it, and maneuver it into our attic closet. In my opinion, it's worth every penny!

I ordered this rack based on the reviews, and it's wonderful. I can't believe it's not leaning to the side like the racks I previously purchased. It came with two metal brackets and no instructions regarding how they are to be used. I don't care though 'cause I'm loving this clothes rack! I received mine within one week of ordering. Thank you.
