You are in need of closet space and searching for garment racks. Maybe you went to the store and bought other brands with disastrous results and feeling reluctant in buying this item without the ability to "check the goods". I was in your shoes 4 days ago. I was at a major furniture store and saw a couple garment racks on display and they seemed unstable. Not feeling too good with their products I decided to go to another major store and found a garment rack for $60 but in a box with none on display. I should have known by the number of boxes that had evidently been returned (beat up boxes with re-taping) that it was a poor product. Nonetheless I bought 2 of them and went home to assemble. After getting one of them put together I realized the item was of terrible quality. Pushing it across the room it seemed like it was about to fall apart. My wife proceeded to hang clothes on it and we saw it start to lean... and it was only half full. I decided to return it and went online to see what other options were out there. Luckily I went to Amazon and found this item with tens of solid reviews and bought two of them.

Fast forward 4 DAYS and my package is here. Assembly was a snap... just unfold and it's done. The garment rack is amazing!! Don't waste your time with the garment racks at the store... spend the money on this one and you will not be disappointed!

Our clothes rack, which wasn't very sturdy, just broke. I had used the rack when changing seasonal clothing and for hanging clothing to be ironed. This rack was more expensive but I won't have to worry about it collapsing as it's much more sturdy. I'd been told to check the wheels as well as the size of the metal tubing to judge the quality of the clothes rack. Our purchase came very quickly.

Ive gotten a couple of racks at department stores and neighborhood chain stores that have broken after 1 week. The plastic and chrome on those contraptions are nothing compared to this. It's easy to assemble by yourself (i'm a small woman), moves around the room easily and holds a ton of clothes. I still haven't filled the entire rack with clothes yet. It doesn't lean backwards, forwards, or sink to the floor like some other racks I've used. I get questions and compliments all the time when someone sees it. This is a great investment that will transport easily with any house move.

Adding my voice to the chorus. In today's world it is surprising to find such a good product for a reasonable price---and most importantly no assembly required!!!! Couldn't do better!
