I received and wasn't worked at first use. It wasn't even on when I turned remote on and plugged in the wall. I believed it was defective. Because I decided to purchase other seller as same item was worked. I would recommended that if it happen with defective and get replace it for work as I guarantee!Customer Review: Disappointing

PROS: Great bubble strength/action.
CONS: Everything else. 1) The entire unit is very short in length. (I am 5'8" and the "neck" massager came to my mid-back.) 2) You cannot tell that the neck massager's vibration is even working (possibly due to the great bubble strength) 3) The unit is uncomfortable to sit or lay on 4) The bubble action cools down even the hottest water quite quickly.
If you do decide to try this product, double-check the company's return policy carefully. I bought mine from dealyard.com and they charged a 10% restocking fee. By the time I paid return shipping, I would have lost about half of what I paid for it, so I'm keeping it despite all of the things I don't like about it!

My kids missed their jacuzzi from the previous home but I didn't want to spend big money to get the soaker tub replaced. This Thermal Spa is an inexpensive solution that keeps the kids happy. The bubbles help to work up lather for a bubble bath. The heating capability is marginal but if you use warm water to begin with, it works ok. Since it is designed for one adult, you need to be a little creative to use it for a couple of kids!Customer Review: Great for the price

We had an older model that finally burned out so my DH was on a search for the newer model...he waited for prices to come down (they were $200.00 at one time)...He was very excited when I made this purchase for him...he says he loves the new design of this model; padded for comfort, the massage rollers at your feet, jets are stronger, it's less noisy than older model,...neck massage doesn't reach your neck unless your totally submersed which can be awkward-LOL!...overall he's very pleased with the product...a great purchase for $60.00Customer Review: Great product though mat is a little short

I purchased this spa because I no longer have a jetted tub. Set up was easy. I love the remote! Tear down took a little more time, due to drying out the mat, but it wasn't bad. The only down side is the length of the mat. I'm 5'6 with a short torso. The mat, even with the foot rest down, was still too short. Also, the neck rest hit me at the the top of my shoulders instead of the middle of my neck. That was a bummer. I couldn't fully enjoy the massage features in the neck rest. Over all, I recommend this product for the price. It would be nice if Conair could make the mat adjustable in length.
