Although, yes, it makes jacuzzi bubbles in your tub, it is a pain to set up, a pain to clean up and it is noisy. Its not super comfortable to lie on, and if you dont have an exra deep tub, this takes away some of your much needed soaking space. Oh and then when you are done relaxing you get to drain out the lovely mat and put the whole contraption away.Customer Review: Makes friends slowly

Good whirlpool! This thing made me work to get friendly with it, but now we're pals. I like the remote and the 3 speeds, and the whirlpool feeling is great! It's so relaxing, I doze off immediately after the bath. But somehow, I can't get comfortable with the back rest, so I gave it up and use my big sponge pillow for my neck and back. (I stuff a soft mesh bag with sponges). The foot things do nothing except detach themselves; I pitched them. Expect it to throw water all over the floor. You can fix this by buying two $20 splash guards at the home improvement store. A simple thin sheet of firm plastic about 24 inches high would be a cheap alternative, tucked between your body and the tub outer edge. The $20 splash guards are white, look like a giant letter L and give 5-6 inches more of splash protection. Also, for goodness sake, don't throw in your usual amount of bubble bath with the mat going. I did this and shot a million bubbles over my head and across the floor. Also, it's noisy -- too noisy for music or hearing anything else going on in the house, like the phone, the baby fussing, the dog barking....maybe that's a plus!Customer Review: Not Horrible

Hubby is using his for the first time as I write this. We got it today ... ordred from [...]! They had a great sale!
Hubby says it's too rigid ... doesn't like the so called neck rest or the foot things. What he does like it the 3 speeds and LOTS of bubble action. He says no problem with the "cold air bubbles" like the last one he had ... may have something to do with running a few inches of pure hot water and letting it sit for a bit before adding enough to get in. He is going to be "altering" it to make it, hopefully, more comfortable. He's only 5' 10" and it seems a bit on the short side if you ask me. Would I say "don't buy" ... no. Would I say it's "perfect" ... no. Hope this info was helpful.

The product arrived quickly and was easy to assemble though they don't tell you that 2 X AA batteries are needed for the remote to work being the only way to turn it on, and 4 x AAA batteries for the neck massage. The mat constantly popped up from the tub, and the foot massage was useless as my feet extended way off the mat. On the bright side, the jet was strong and consistent along the mat. It's really more trouble than it's worth. Returning it tomorrow.
