Tools and Hardware Reviews of Cosco 11120RED1 Retro Chair/Step Stool, RedCustomer Review: Grandmother's stool, come back in style! Summary: 5 Stars
My Grandmother had one of these in her kitchen and it was always my favorite place to climb up and sit at her breakfast counter. I loved it and am so glad to see it back in style. After possibly hundreds of children and adults using it to sit, stand and climb, and after 50+ years, it is still working and in fine condition. If these new ones are as good quality, definitely a great buy! Very sylish too! :)
Customer Review: Great Chair Summary: 5 Stars
Remember when my mother had one just like this. It is perfect. Helped immensely since I hurt my back. Now I can do simple tasks, like peeling potatoes, or watching items on the stove.
Customer Review: Great Retro Step Stool Summary: 5 Stars
This was a replacement for an extremely old step stool that my mother had for many years. She is 90 and the family wanted to find something easy for her to sit on in the kitchen while she prepared meals. This was perfect. It came unassembled and my grandson was able to put it together in a relatively short amount of time. The steps slide out easily and it is light enough for my mom to move around the kitchen. A perfect choice.
Customer Review: Great Retro chair step stool Summary: 5 Stars
I have an older version of this chair that finally fell apart on me after 25 years of use. The steps that pull out from this Retro chair is different than my original one however. My original chair had steps that pulled up and out. The steps on the new one, slides out from under the chair. Since I wasn't used to this layout, I found it a bit awkward at first. However, it still has the same sturdy construction and seems to be well built.
Customer Review: Great addition to my kitchen Summary: 4 Stars
This stool comes in handy as seating(mostly for my cat) and just the right height so I can reach my recipe books on my tall cabinet. It was a little difficult to put the support brackets together though. I was actually looking for the same stool but with the seat being able to be lifted (just like my Gramma had).
