I bought two of these and they're great. They're easy to install & remove because of the keyhole-shaped holes in the bracket...all I have to do is lift it off of the screws to take it off. I sometimes take one from outside and put it inside on some screws I leave in the wall so that I can dry clothes inside if it's raining...takes 2 seconds and doesn't require any tools.
Some of the reviews I read mentioned sagging issues. I wrap the rope around the cleat at the bottom of the housing twice and haven't had any sagging problems at all. Wrap it around once, pull it tight, then pull some slack out of the unit itself to wrap it around a second time. Works great.
