I have been using Culligan shower filters for several years and I love them. Hard to find the replacement filters in stores, but Amazon has them, which is just fine for me! It is very easy to install the original shower head and very easy to change the filter. I don't necessarily notice a difference in the water itself; however, my hair is super soft and shiny when the filter is good, and not-so-soft-or-shiny when the filter is worn out and old.Customer Review: A great shower head filter

In my municipality, the water is chlorinated pretty heavy. When I took hot showers, my skin would itch and breathing all the chlorine steam was no good either. I have been using this product for 2 years now and think it is great. If you can't afford or install a whole house filtration system, than this is for you. This is an amazing product! I bought it in hopes of alleviating my hard-water problems in the shower. The shower-head has been great - less dry skin, my hair is softer and I don't need to use as much soap... it's almost like having a water softener. I had Culligan test the water from the shower after I put this in and it did not register ANY chlorine in the samples. It is definitely doing it's job!Customer Review: BIG difference

This shower head filter has made an enormous difference on my skin and hair. I have terrible eczema and extreme dry skin in the winter--I can't tell you how much money I have spent in my life on body wash, moisturizers, etc. But I think all along my biggest problem was the quality of the water. Now I hardly use any moisturizer and can actually use BAR soap...if you have dry skin or eczema, you should know what a coup this is! I can also see a HUGE difference when I take a shower elsewhere, like visiting my mom's--it feels like I have an itchy sweater on when I don't use the filter!
