I bought this cooler based on the size indicated in the description of the item. The title has since been changed after I returned the item. When I bought it the description in the body said it was 17 inches, not 14. I need a larger cooler so snapped it up. Was very disappointed when it arrived and it was so small. I started the return process and, as always, Amazon came through and gave me a full refund and even paid for the shipping since there was a discrepancy on the web page. Bought this cooler for my husband and I need to get him something that would withstand the harsh conditions of a construction work site. First off you can choose to use the handles to carry it or the removable shoulder strap. The velcro flip up lid is large enough for a mans hand to fit through and reseals tightly. The construction of the cooler seems durable and in the month my husband's been using it it hasn't leaked once.Customer Review: Keep your stuffs cold for 9 hours..

I bought this bag for my long road trip, a 9-hour drive. I threw in a couple of zip-locks with ice and my soda drinks along with some snacks. Amazingly the sodas were still cold when I got there. So it really does what it said.
The bag is big enough for a twelve-pack of drink and still have space left over for some sandwiches and fruit. It came with a should strap and a bunch of pockets on the side, I guess you can put your forks and knives there. The zipped lid has a velcro opening for quick access. I worried that I will lose the cold from the lid, but it wasn't so. Like I mentioned, my stuffs were till ice cold at the end of the drive.
Great cooler bag and highly recommnded.

THE COOLER ITSELF IS RATHER SAMALL BUT IS A GOOD SIZE FOR AN AFTERNOON OUTING OR SHORT TRIP. IT WAS A LITTLE MISLEADING HAVING TE NAME "LEATHERCRAFT" IN THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT. I THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE SOME LEATHER ON IT OR IT WAS MADE OF LEATHERCustomer Review: Lightweight & roomy

I ordered this cooler for my husband, who is on the road several days a week and prefers homemade dinners to eating out all the time. It is very lightweight and holds a good amount of food. The outside pockets come in handy too.
