Customer Review: Leaves a lot to be desired...

I would have rated the chair lower if it weren't so inexpensive. Assembly was very quick and easy. My husband did it in about 10 minutes. The ottoman came pre-assembled, but since we have gotten it (about a week ago) some of the screws that hold the top of the ottoman on to the mechanism have fallen out on their own. I can't imagine this improving over time... I only rock very gently, so am not sure why this is.
I also find this chair very uncomfortable and think my height has a lot to do with it (I am 5'9"). When I first sat down in the chair it felt odd, like it wasn't very supportive. Now I find that if I sit in it for longer than 15 minutes, I am itching to get up and shift around a lot because it is uncomfortable. I think this chair was made to sit a shorter person. The seat itself doesn't feel deep enough and that only gets worse if you add a small pillow to the back for lumbar support, which is necessary with this chair. If you're a shorter person, or have not had any back injuries (I did take a spill during my pregnancy) then this chair might work for you.

First let me say that this came in the mail within 3 days. It took me all of 1/2 hour to put it together. Very easy.
Very, very comfortable.
The down side(s): It's white. Cover it up because inevitably, baby will spit up all over it. I put a blanket over it.
Also, it's not wide enough to use the boppy pillow while sitting in it. I learned to nurse him without the boppy in that chair, but really wish it was wider.
Hint: When putting it together, put the arm parts on the opposite way, (sticking out) to make room for baby's legs while holding him in the chair. You'll see what I mean when you get the chair.
Very happy with this product.

I'll agree with most of the other reviews I've read. It's not the highest quality chair I've ever sat in but it's very comfortable. Everyone says that it's great for the price. I guess so. I would probably expect to pay a little less for it knowing now that I've seen it but all in all, I'm happy. Oh, and yes, the white pillow is probably a negative. Ours hasn't stained yet but this is our first week.Customer Review: Very comfortable glider!

My baby and I love this glider. If I happen to nurse him anywhere else I can tell he is less comfortable. My last glider didn't have the cushions on the arms and was narrower. This glider and ottoman are covered in soft fabric and offer a smooth motion. I'd give it 5 stars as compared with other gliders in the same price range. My only two additional comments are the fabric is light in color and will show some dirt (pretty easy to clean though) and I would have like pockets in the arm cushions for books, magazines, the telephone, and the like. I was so excited about the glider and ottoman combo that I bought for my neice who is pregnant with her first baby that I forgot to send a review. This item was received even before the delivery date specified. And in excellent condition. She was so very happy.
