The product arrived missing the washer mentioned in the instructions. To make matters worse, it was also made of cheap white plastic inside and not "Solid Brass Construction" as advertised. I contacted the manufacturer and they did not have a washer by itself to send out. So I had to make a trip to the local home improvement store to buy the missing part. After installation, the pump works and looks clean, but unhappy about inferior construction and missing part.
