I am not impressed with the output with the shower head set at the low settings, but at the 2.5 gpm setting, this shower head puts out a lot of flow, enough to move ya. The lower setting leaves ya wishing you had purchased something different.
I returned mine.

I needed a showerhead with higher water pressure than my old one. It must also be able to handle the hard water we have. This showerhead comes with adjustable water pressure. Even at its lowest setting, the pressure is good enough. No hard water clogging problem so far after using it for about a month, and no signs of it ever could happen due to its relatively large holes. The overall size of this showerhead is just right for our bathroom, not too big and nor too small. It is an execllent purchase and I am considering buying a second one for our other bathroom.Customer Review: As good as the prior reviews said

Had a low flow shower head which I'd cleaned with vinegar often to try to restore function. Decided to try this one based on the reviews and our somewhat low water pressure at one end of the house. The results were so amazing, I bought a second one and gave a third away as a present for a friend with a similar problem. It shortens my shower a lot because it has lots of pressure and great coverage, so you rinse off fast. My only gripe is it is a bit long, so I need to duck to wash my hair.Customer Review: Awesome

I didn't think one showerhead at such a reasonable price could make such a big difference! I looked at the reviews and bought it anyway, and I am immmmpressed! Also I am a very financially-unstable 20 something, so it's not like I just have this money I can throw away. I'd just gotten a new bedroom with a private bath and the shower head was like a trickle, if that! It was awful. Anyway, this is great. Best $30 I ever spent!Customer Review: Awesome

We got the new showerhead yesterday...I installed it this morning which took about 3 minutes. It was just screw on and start. I took my first shower in it and the water pressure was different from my old showerhead but rinsed me off just as well using half the water. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. I can't comment on its durability but out of the box it is great.
