The only reason this product didn't get a five star from me is because it is made almost entirely of plastic. I got great water pressure but the reviews I read complained about it. It's a good buy for the money AND it's just about the only brass-colored fixture that I could find-on or off the internet.Customer Review: Decent product

It's been a bit trying to find hand-showers in bright brass over the past few years that were not so expensive. When I saw this one with an additional 15% off, I decided to give it a shot. Installation was less than 10 min. and very easy. The water spray has thicker streams than the one I replaced which is nice but the flow is not as strong (but is adequate). I'm sure the flow rating is meant to conserve water. The massage setting is nothing special, just a narrow and higher force stream of water. A few years ago, I bought a $30 Waterpik hand shower that was a mess. Cheap plastic, lots of points of leakage, you name it, it was a problem. That product was returned to the store. This Delta product is mountains better than that one. My wife and I are not picky about the water spray settings, so we find this to be a solid product at the standard setting. Good water flow, nice long hose that can help with shower cleaning, and a solid ball and socket joint that keeps the showerhead where you want it. One tip I'd offer. When I installed the product, water leaked at the hose-to-hand shower connection. A little plumber's tape took care of it.
