Great item, I have a home full of Delta. But my 'brass' bathroom is brass and WHITE, so this one won't do me a bit of good. Does anyone really have black-anything in their bathroom, other than anyone in love with onyx?!Customer Review: Would and am purchasing again

We put one if these in when we remodeled our master bath shower over 5 years ago. The hose just started leaking a week ago, and I'm looking to buy these unit again. It isn't great, but for the money it has held up and functioned very well. I'm disappointed to see they are using black plastic connection pieces now; the first one we got had these trimmed in "brass" as well...I expected the brass coating to chip off over time, but it still looks pretty good.
Pros:
-- reasonable price
-- has held up well for 5+ years.
-- easy to install
Cons:
-- little rubber/plastic nozzles around outside tend to clog (hard water?). Pretty easily cleaned with a little push pin.
-- plastic construction, but durable, and if you want solid brass, you're going to pay for it!
The competitor's $200+ units might be better, or more durable, but for under $40, this guy is well worth it, in my opinion.
