After reading all the reviews and making comparisons, I thought I'd try the Gopher III - newly improved - however, the item arriven broken in half in the box - and so I had to return it - also, several buttons and locks and mechanisms are very tight and very difficult to push or press - I am not a senior citizen, but, honestly I don't think anyone without a tremendous amount of strength can make all those mechanism work - the only easy thing to control is the squeeze handle - it does open and close the suction cups well and smoothly - I just hope the rest of the gopher works as well - especially the part where you are supposed to be able to fold the gopher in half for easy storage - I think that's what did this gopher in - the turn wheel is so tight, you have no choice but to break the gopher in half - if this gedget is more well built, with stronger material, I beleve this can be quite a handy tool to have around the house. Unfortunately, now I have to start my search all over again.
