I purchased these because I need reading glasses for close work when I where my contact lenses. My job requires me to wear safety glasses at all times and it's very cumbersome to wear my reading glasses under my old safety glasses. With these Dewalt glasses I can forget about the reading glasses and use the built in bi-focal lenses. I was skeptical about these before I purchased but now that I have them I really like them and won't go back to regular safety glasses again. Well worth the money.

Definitely better than using a separate pair of glasses while doing projects, and better to have the magnification built in vs. the stick-on solution. Wraparound design leaves vision unobstructed.
I haven't had a chance to actually use them yet, but the one complaint I'd have is that they are very wide. All the other safety glasses I have fit much closer to my face - both more comfortable and safer. Maybe Dr. Bruce Banner needs them this wide for when he gets angry, but they seem too wide for a normal face. I've got a rubber band between the two sides - maybe they will bend over time.

These glasses do an excellent job of eye protection and the built-in reading glasses are invaluable in letting me see my work. Considering the relatively low price I feel they represent a great value. My only complaint is that I wish they covered a bit more of the eye area. They protect eyes fine, but the area below the eye can be very sensitive and it would be nice if they came down a bit more.
