I'm going to school to earn a degree in Process Technology, and Chemical Engineering. For the degree, I'm required to take several levels of chemisty classes, as well as work in numerous mockup-industrial processing plants. For this reason, I decided to get a pair of goggles that are durable enough to last through all my classes.
Most of the other students have cheap, lame, rubber goggles that rip,(You know, the ones with the round mesh buttons on the side for ventillation, and a cheap/thin elastic strap) and they need to buy a new pair every year. These goggles not only last, but they stand out. My instructors can immediately pick me out of the crowd, which means more of their attention, and when it comes time for grades or letters of recommedations... you get the idea.
They're very affordable for the quality I paid for, and they're very comfortable. There are slits at the top allow ventillation which make life much easier. The straps are easily adjustable for fitting, and - again - they stand out in a crowd. Just looking at them makes people think I'm a professional or something. I'm not. I'm a struggling student in class, just like they are... probably more so.
They look cool. They're high quality. They're durable and versatile. They attract attention. The are very affordable for the benefits you're getting from them. They're highly recommended.

Dust will not reach the eyes directly, but still ends up blowing in behind the "lens" through the ventilation holes, and can be frustrating to have obstructing vision and getting in one's eyes when looking up. It would probably be better with more, smaller holes for ventilation. Excellent product but very very easy to scratch. Anti fog is pretty good but seems to fail after a few rinses from water. NB: You can't wipe the lenses clean unless you have a very clean and soft rag. I find rinsing them the best way. The lenses are also removable from the frame to help with cleaning as dust accumulates in the upper region across the brow area. Remove the black strap first and the lense comes off easy. Remember to fit the centre hook correctly when putting back together. Very very safe for angle grinding etc. Safety glasses are a very poor second to these. An excellent product that is nearly a disposable price (for me)Customer Review: Does not fit snuggly to face.

Perhaps i have a funny shaped face, but either way this goggle does not cover around my nose. I believe these would work well for many applications, however they didn't work for sanding at odd angles. The dust from sander went right up around bridge of goggles and into my eyes. I bought these in order to prevent what happened.
All in all not very happy with performance.
