The drainboard was just as presented. We found it a little too lightweight compared to the one we were using before. For this reason it moved around too much and the drained water collected on the counter, not in the sink. In addition, the price of shipping was more than the item itself. I LOVE this item! When my old dish drainer was no longer fixable I had to search for a new one, only to find it almost impossible to get one the size I needed. I looked everywhere! I found this one on Amazon and its perfect, its a grey/silver color so it blends in well with any other color (I use to have dark green} and is exactly the size I needed.
