After months of research and a vigrous hunt for satin pillowcases, I finally settled on this product in gold. I was skeptical based on some of the other reviews but took the plunge (you really can't get a satin sheet set for cheaper than this). I washed the entire set before use and I have to say, they were awesome. The fitted stayed put for a whole week and I simply re-tucked the flat sheet the odd morning where necessary but did not encounter as much slippage as others may have (this with a husband who tosses quite a bit throughout the night). I did find that switching to satin pillowcases has positively enhanced my skin and hair and I will never return to cotton pillowcases again! After a few days, miraculously I noticed I was no longer breaking out and my hair actually felt fuller. My husband who usually does not care for such luxuries is now anxiously awaiting our second sheet set. In terms of feel, for someone who's always cold I found they warmed up quickly and on the flip side my husband who's always hot, found them cool. I absolutely LOVE my new satin sheets! Other reviews I read before purchasing spoke of the dye on the mattress and whatnot, but if you wash the sheets before putting them on your mattress, you shouldn't have any dye problems. Matter of fact, the insert that comes with the sheet set recommends that you wash them first. After I washed them, they were still soft and absolutely wonderful!Customer Review: BLACKNESS

It is wonderful to sleep on with the exception that if you were light pj's or white when you wake up they will be GRAY TO BLACK. The dye on the sheets comes off.. our white shirts are gray and all underclothing that was worn during sleep that were white are GRAY. I BOUGHT 2 SETS AND HAVE SLEPT ON THEM FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. THEY ARE SLIPPERY AS EXPECTED AND OFFERED NO SURPRIZES. FOR THE MONEY A DECENT DEAL.Customer Review: Can't beat the price

Read the reviews, wash the sheets before you use them, and they won't stain the mattress or mattress pad. For the price I paid, you can't do any better to have extra sheets!
