Just received this pillow today and have been using it all night. It supports my head perfectly for couch sitting. It feels very firm like it will not lose its shape. These are the perfect size and shape, and I have a couple of them. This one, the fabric is more like a poly with a slight sheen. I would prefer cotton. and when I can stand to be on it, it seems to work as intended, but it smells funny, like it had gotten wet and then dried out while in the plastic overwrap. I'm sensitive to molds and mildew so unsure what I'll be able to do with this product in the long run.
It DID arrive on time.
