This flashlight is lightweight and very bright. The light pattern is effective to at least 100 yards away. For approximately $35, you can't really beat it. I almost bought a $180 SureFire, but for occasional use on the weekends, this Dorcy is well worth the money.

K2 LED Aluminum FlashlightThis 160 Lumen flashlight features High Powered K2 Luxeon Watt LED Solid State Diode- the brightest LED available in flashlights today! This 160 lumen flashlight is made of anodized aluminum and has a barrel mounted rubberized push button switch. Flashlight comes complete with 6 AAA cell Energizer batteries.
Luxeon K2 LEDs from Lumileds offer state of the art performance. The Dorcy precision reflector system coupled with the K2 produces a strong, focused, and intense beam of light that will project well over 100 feet. The center spot concentrates about 80% of the light output while using the remaining 20% to provide a bright area around the center spot to light up a wide viewing area.
Dorcy K2 flashlights are able to operate in extreme conditions. At temperatures from more than 30 degrees below zero to over +130 Fahrenheit. In high humidity extreme cold or blazing heat the Dorcy K2 will out perform the competition.
