The power of the beam coming from a modestly sized unit is amazing. I live in the country and the beam illuminated trees over 100 yards away with enough light to easily see details. It is more powerful than my 5 D cell battery Mag Light. I purchased this light after reading reviews here and elsewhere and am delighted with the unit. I work security full time and this light is by far the best I have used. I was using LED mag light before and I hated how big it was and buying batteries every 2 weeks or less. I think if your looking for a great flash light this is the one you should buy. I mean you don't have to buy batteries anymore, not heavy at all very bright comes with the car charger and wall charger. I am a firefighter and use this on the job. I love this light, it is the brightest light I have ever seen. I have dropped it a few times and it still has not broke. It is made out of a lightweight, but very durable metal. Would tell anyone if they are looking for a great light to look into this one.Customer Review: Best flashlight out there for the price!

As much as I like Mag-Lites, this is better & costs less! I now have three, one in the kitchen by the back door, one in my bedroom, & one in the garage. Plus they make awesome gifts, I got one for my Sis & one for my Mom. Yes, that's 5 in all!Customer Review: Bright and sturdy.

I've been using this flashlight for over a month now. This was the best flashlight that I could find in this price range based on that it had to be 1) Rechargeable, 2) Bright, 3) Durable. It is all of that, goes pretty far too. The only con would be that the battery has a memory but I just make sure to let it discharge before recharging.
