My TV is on a nightstand and has no room for the DVD player or the cable. I knew exactly the item I wanted and couldn't find it at Walmart, Target or even Bed, Bath and Beyond. The top of my TV has a very short area, but with the support in the back it works perfectly. This item was brand new, excellent condition, shipped quickly and a good price. I recommend this item to anyone who has a TV with no place for their DVD player. There was also plenty of space to hold some DVD's.Customer Review: Functions as advertised

I think I have the exact same TV in the product picture. It is in my bedroom on a dresser, and there is no room on either side for anything. I bought this shelf for my cable box and dvd player. Works like a charm.
