When the pillow arrived it was on it's own. One pillow. Not a set as promised. I am writing this as I sit on hold waiting for whatever foriegn call center I have reached to process my " return. Though they are "in stock" on the web site, they cannot send me the other on. They will refund HALF of my money or I can pack it up and ship it back. I am still on hold.... going on 20 minutes.... Amazon.com is crap service, these days.
I've corrected my typos. I am still on hold.
Don't order these pillows. If some mental incompetent packs your order, you are screwed.
OK, then. I'll cut this off at 30 minutes of hold time. you get the picture.... just not the other pillow.

THIS IS SPAM ON AMAZON! ALL PILLOW SEARCHES COME UP WITH THIS PILLOW AND THIS PILLOW SUCKS! The pillows came from the vendor quickly. There was no issue there. There was not even an issue on the return of the product. Very easy and seemless. Would have been better if the pillow was worth anything. These pillows were not as descibed.. First they arrive in a box that was 4 inches high. It contained 2 pillows. That gives you an idea how flat they are. Bought these for pillows for shams and they wouldn't stand up. Returned for a refund will not buy again.Customer Review: AWESOME

These are NOT like cheapy department store pillows. I have severe neck problems and these have been a life saver. So much so that my mom and my best friend also came and bought them.
Ignorance is bliss if you think that they are filled with actual 'gel', they're poly-gel substitute for down. I have a very high end down filled pillow and these are comparable. I just came back to get some more, I am replacing all of my pillows with these.
