Horrible!!! Barely a pillow at all. Very thin and cheap material. Hardly a dream supreme. The "fiber-filled" is a thin, uncomfortable material. Had to combine both pillows into one to compensate, until I had enough and sent it to the trash. Regretful purchase.Customer Review: I hate these pillows---DO NOT BUY!

After reading the numerous positive reviews I decided to purchase these for some guests we will be expecting despite some negative reviews. The price seemed too good to be true and when these arrived I realized that you get what you pay for, at least for this product.
I like my pillows nice and firm and substantial and these just don't fit the bill. The lining is a nice smooth fabric with a subtle floral pattern on it but the pillow itself seemed not to be filled. I felt my head could easily sink to the bed and so I know I would not enjoy them through the night. My guests, however, may not mind the softness of these so I will most likely keep them as spare pillows in the guest room and not bother with returning them.
Would not recommend these pillows if you are someone that has come to appreciate firm pillows.

I've been very happy with these pillows, however I don't think there is any gel. They are comfortable. I am using them for king sized shams. A great buy for $14.99
