it does stay cool and bounce back from laying on it, but when you lay your head on it sinks a lot not much support.Customer Review: too good to be true!

these pillows were great...for two weeks! after the first two weeks, they started to clump and separate. now, when we wake up in the morning, there is no filling under our heads. I can hold the pillow on my hand and it literally folds in half like a towel. the king set are under-filled and a complete waste of money.
