These pillows were so soft, that they flopped over my arm. My head hit the mattress and the fluff went to the side of my head! These are not firm at all. I should've sent them back, but in all the Christmas hussle and rush, we simply ran short of time! But these pillows are now in the dog's bed and even they push them away, because they are so terrible!

Don't let the "gel" fool you. There is NO gel, "gel fiber" means 100% polyester AND not much of it, so it's too soft and too flat. I bought the King size and both pillows fit into one pillow case! You are not getting a good deal! You are paying $20 for 1 pillow in two pillow cases. I really don't understand how so many people think this pillow deserves 4 or 5 stars, unless they used to put more polyester filling than they do now.Customer Review: GEL PILLOW

I wanted a pillow that was very comfortable which for me means soft ( so that my head sinks down a good amount). Also, i was looking for a King pillow since I have a King bed. This pillow also fit the requirement.
I would recommend this pillow to anyone who is very particular about their pillow as I am. It has really made a difference in the way that I have been sleeping..... even more than I thought it would.

I was looking to replace my old down pillows and found these. Read the reviews and was a bit skepticle due to some mentioned a strange odor.
Well, I am very happy I didn't let that stop me! The pillows are very soft, full and if you did not know, would assume you was sleeping on down. I will be replacing all pillows eventually. Shipping was fast and am very satisfied with quality. Oh, the outside fabric is soft, and heavy! My husband has allergies so these work perfect. Plus we have not had any odor! Great value!
