I purchased two of these pillows to replace some really old ones. After the second night, I loved mine and for once have been able to sleep. My husband has had some adjustment problems. He hadn't had a new pillow in 27 years (by choice) and was used to a flat feather pillow that wasn't even an inch thick. Even though he ask me not to throw away that antique pillow he had, he has not ask me to bring it back yet either.Customer Review: AMAZING 5 Stars

These pillows were no better than the cheap $5 pillows you can find at any low-rent discount bricks-and-mortar store. Since the Dream Supreme pillow set cost far more than $5, I am extremely disappointed, and I've initiated a return and refund request with Amazon.
There is absolutely no neck or head support - those cheap pillows they give you on airplanes provide more support than these alleged Dream Supreme pillows. I woke up with a hideous neck-ache, which is not something I've ever experienced before. Don't waste a dime of your hard-earned money buying these cheap junk pillows with a fancy expensive-sounding alias. They're j-u-n-k.
Edited to add: Amazon is a world-class five-star company. The return and refund for this purchase was handled without any hassles or problems.

I was using a down pillow, which I inherited from a relative, I would occasionally wake up with puffy eyes and clogged sinuses. I could never figure out WHY! I recently read an article and it suggested allergens, I searched my room and narrowed it down to my pillows pretty quickly. While these pillows aren't EXACTLY as comfortable as my down pillows, they come pretty close. I wouldn't describe them as firm, however, I would say maybe a 5 on a scale of 10 (being most firm). Altogether I am extremely pleased with these pillows, I decided to buy a second set after my first purchase came in.
