I bought these pillows to give as a Christmas gift. They were not gift-able. The stitching was sloppy or broken. The fabric was thin and cheap. The stuffing was coming out of not only the stitching, but the fabric of the pillow as well. Perhaps these would be OK if you don't care what you sleep on or as a guest pillow, but honestly they are very cheaply made. I can't even believe that the original price was over $100. I'm no pillow snob by any means, but these are not worth anywhere near what these are supposed to be. Buy them if you want a cheap pillow, because that's what they are- cheap pillows- in ever sense of the word. Please let me spare you. Save your money.Customer Review: Cheap pillows

Don't waste your time with these pillows. They are flimsy and give zero support. I don't know how the term "gel fiber-filled" works into this description~ I'm guessing just some fancy words to make you think you are getting a high quality pillow.
These are not worth the money, no matter how good the deal is on them! So thankful I didn't pay full price for these!!!

I have allergies, especially for Down pillows. What I enjoyed about these pillows is that they gave the nice soft comfort of a quality Down-pillow while being hypoallergenic. Brand new they easily fluffed and gave me excellent neck and head support for about 1 year. However, that is when things began to go downhill fast.
When brand new these pillows were exceptional and reliably fluffed up each time but as the one year mark began to come around they suddenly began to just go flat. I'd figure one pillow might of bought the farm or became defective but within a few weeks both pillows pretty much lost their fluff "permanently" . It is like the gel-fiber inside the pillow stopped functioning. When trying to fluff the pillow you could feel the material spread out towards the ends leaving the middle empty. When fluffing to get the material to be even the pillow just becomes a flat pancake. In this state they offer no support what-so-ever and it is like the gel fiber itself lost its ability to "puff" back up again.
I am giving this product 3 stars. It lasted me a little over a year before both pillows essentially bought the farm "support" wise. While lastability/durability clearly is lacking in the pillows they still are usable to a point. I ended up going back to a hard foam pillow and then putting one of the Gel Pillows on top of it. Surprisingly this combination has good support and gives a more "down" feel to the foam pillow.
**OVERALL**
Good product while it lasted, but very disappointed to see both pillows failed a little after a year from the same problem. Clearly the "gel" stuffing is not designed to last.
