When these pillows arrived, they were fluffy and comfortable. That lasted all of one day. Now they are rather hard and unusable for sleeping as they cause me to wake up with neck pain. I will probably end up using them for shams instead.Customer Review: Doesn't last

Purchased the pillows on 8/1/2009. It's now 4/2/11 and the pillows are basically flat and offer no support. They fail the pillow test (fold in half, does it unfold?). These are not good pillows. The "Gel-Fiber" claim is weird.Customer Review: Don't waste your money.

These pillows are so flat/thin it's not even funny. I was about to make the mistake of buying these again, then I checked my order history and saw I bought these things a year ago. SO flat... so useless... don't waste your money. I give this two stars since it at least is better than no pillows at all, but it still sucks.Customer Review: Dont last

I bought these pillows in September. At first i thought they were the best, however it is now February and one pillow has been lumpy for about a month, and the other one just started to do the same thing. I havent washed them, or done anything to cause it. These would probably be good for a guest room, or somewhere they wont be slept on every night.Customer Review: Dream Pillows

The gel fiber filled pillows are very comfortable and just soft enough. I prefer some firmness to pillows as well and these are perfect. Great service and free shipping helped make the experience enjoyable as I had never ordered from Amazon before.
