The Stylus is an excellent tool for the craftperson. I am building a dollhouse, and wish I'd had it 2 years ago when I started, rather than now when I'm nearly done. I've found endless uses for it, from widening doorways in my (1:12 scale) house to buffing shingles to fit for the roof.
It's light weight, easy to maneuver into all sorts of tight places, and easy to grip. The grip is important to me as I have a disability and weak hands, but I've not ever experienced "grip fatigue" with this as I have with previous Dremels. And the fact that there is no cord means I don't have to worry about what the cord is dragging against as I get into tight places in my project.
It's a terrific tool and I highly recommend it for anyone doing small scale work.

I work on electronics and robotics projects and this dremel tool is fantastic. It stays charged, works at lower speeds, and feels great in your hand. It takes a little effort to change between tools, especially if the shaft size changes significantly, but it's still great. I took it to school and used it two days straight modifying components for 135 students. Didn't miss a beat. A fellow teacher tried it and liked it so much he went and bought one for himself.Customer Review: Great toy for me

I purchased this stylus for my husband for Christmas and he just loves it. He makes and paints resin figures and he said this stylus was the best tool on his work bench. He loves the way it feels in his hand and can do everything he needs it to do. When not in use it fits in a holder and takes up very little room on his work station. If you want to make a special person in your life buy this Stylus for him.
