This best of both worlds, Cordless and it's a dremel. I use this around the house all the time. I can run over an hour without a loss of power. I've had it since christmas 08 and it works as good as they day I got it. Love the cutting wheels.

I bought this item to attach a pet-i-cure tool for trimming my dog's nails and this fits the bill. I had been wanting a Dremel for a while and this one is great. Battery holds a charge for a long time and it is a high-quality tool. Delivery was fast.Customer Review: Dremel tool dies in 5 months!

I've owned several Dremel grinding tools in the past. In May 2009 I purchased this one. Although the battery is larger, it seems less powerful than my old model. As of October 2009, only 5 months later, the battery is completely dead and the charger no longer works to recharge it. It is unclear whether the charger or the battery is defective, but something is definitely not right.
