Tools and Hardware Reviews of DuPont StoneTech Professional Revitalizer Cleaner and Protector 24-Ounce Spray, Citrus ScentCustomer Review: Great Product Summary: 5 Stars
Great product. Does a good job cleaning and is very gentle to the stone. We used this in our shower that is travertine and it cleaned it really well and added a little sealer to it also.
Customer Review: Great for any natural stone... Summary: 5 Stars
I just built a new home and asked my granite man what I needed to use to clean our new granite countertops. He told us to use StoneTech Revitilizer b/c it cleaned and protected the stone. According to him, if we used this product on a regular basis, we would not have to re-seal our granite. We have been using this product for 5 weeks and could not be more pleased. It works great!
Save your money on the StoneTech Revitilizer wipes. 35 wipes for $11 is not a good value. Stick with the spray and an old rag.
Customer Review: It Does the Trick Summary: 5 Stars
As have other reviewers, I received my initial bottle from the granite supplier who recommended that I use this for maintenance and do a sealing once a year or when water gets absorbed by the counter rather than sit atop of it in beads. His claim: Using the product extends the life of the existing sealer.
It works fine. Dull spots, outlines of dishes, and other signs of counter use disappear when the product is used. I don't notice a citrus scent or much of any scent at all -- which, to me, is preferable.
Customer Review: Love it! Summary: 5 Stars
This product cannot be expected to clean deep stains in granite which has not been properly sealed. I first sealed the beautiful, but very porous, Kashmir White granite with BulletProof Sealer. I use the revitalizer once or twice a week and the granite looks just beautiful. I love it!
Customer Review: Not sure yet. Summary: 3 Stars
I'm using this. It seems a whole lot like water but it got lots of reviews so I assume it's working. I had been using a more oil-based one before and I felt like it was really doing something and working. Just don't know. I'm leaning toward the oil-based one so far. Seems like it waxes it like a car. It was recommended by the grantite company that installed my granite.
