The trap worked exactly as it should. Beat my expectations. Setup was really easy. Was the perfect solution for a groundhog that would not respect the fence around my vegetables and made a mockery of the have a heart. Worked best when placed directly in front of the hole. I wouldn't use it where a pet could get to it, though -- this thing means business. It was plenty big to handle a very large groundhog.
Shipping was fast -- fast enough to save the tomatoes. It comes covered in oil, and will rust fairly quickly if left out unprotected. A dirty device for a dirty job -- no complaints.
You'll need to give some thought to how to dispose of the results. It didn't make a mess, but still, you've got to do *something* with what you catch.
