Customer Review: *Not* Even Close to Gas Mower Power

As an Engineer, I like gadgets and decided to buy this Mower. Shipping was relatively quick, and the Mower was in good physical shape upon arrival. I charged it for 15 hours (as the manual suggested) and pulled it out to the lawn. It started pretty well at first, but then I just had to wonder over to the patch of grass that was about 7 or 8 inches high. The thing died faster than Jerry Seinfeld in front of a Taliban audience. Now to be fair, my 6.5 HP gas mower would have choked too, but it would have died trying before cutting off. The rest of my lawn is pretty even, and although it did the job, this Electric Mower still struggled with 3in grass. I had an electric mower before that was corded and had the same problem. I guess they aren't using Lithium Ion batteries which is proven to have more punch than nickle cadmium. Word to the wise: don't try and show off in front of your neighbors with this Mower unless your developing a Comedy act.
