Tools and Hardware Reviews of Electrolux Cordless Quick-Up CleanCustomer Review: Eureka Cordless Vacuum, best in its class Summary: 4 Stars
I have owned several cordless vacuum cleaners but none that actually picked up for than 6 crumbs at a time or actually held a decent charge for longer than 5 minutes. The Eureka Quick-Up is by far the best cordless / rechargeable vacuum in its class. it is light weight and the beater brush actually can clean moderately soiled carpet if needed. It works great on smooth surfaces too like wood or tile floors. If you leave it plugged in on the recharging stand you will start to lose recharging time on the battery after about 12 months and will need to get a replacement battery (around $30, which is about the same price as the vacuum itself) much sooner. I have like mine so well that I buy them as gifts for friends and family if I see that they don't have anything this convenient and efficient to make their simple clean up tasks so much easier.
Customer Review: Eureka Cordless/rechargeable Vacuum, Model 96 D/F Summary: 5 Stars
This is the second one of these I have purchased within 6 months time! Need I say more? Of course it's not so powerful as those 20-pound plugged in models, so don't expect that kind of suction. But for quick pickups, or if you cannot carry the big ones up and down stairs, this is a satisfactory substitute. The rotating brush slows it down just a little, but it's worth the tradeoff to pick up lint, etc., on carpet. I highly recommend it... and the price is right!

I really like this for small jobs. I find the battery runs for a complete large room with thick carpeting with no problems, but that is about it. I plan to get another spare battery for the "just in case" times when I might need it. With two dogs and two teenagers, I find that I am using it daily in the family room just from keeping lugging the big vacuum out. It picks up pet hair great. I know that it is probably not deep-cleaning, but for a quick pick-up, it is great and well worth the money ($40).

I bought this vac. for my boyfriends sporting goods store.
We really like the cordless feature but wish it had just a little more suction.
Customer Review: Eureka Quick Up Vacuum Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this lightweight stick vacuum to use on my laminate wood floor in my kitchen, dining room and foyer and for a little vacuum it does a great job. It is easy to empty and the filter is easy to clean. It has a setting for bare floors or carpet. I mostly use it on the the floors and use it clean the small throw rugs in my kitchen and by the front door. It is great at picking up the dog hair and crumbs after dinner. One negative, I feel like the handle is flimsy and I have to tighten it up very often. I have never used it as a hand vacuum, I bought it to use as quick pick up in between vacuuming of my floors. A full charge will last me about 15 minutes. I used it once on my carpet in the living room and it died about 7 minutes into vacuuming. Ideal vacuum for bare floors at a great price.
